Salt , black pepper per taste.

Warm the fry pan , and put butter and Wait till it melts. Put all the Ingredients except eggs in the pan , put salt and fresh black pepper stir and cover. Keep on stirring till everything is cooked (6-7 mins on medium flame) . When cooked this paste will be in slurry form. Take out from the pan and keep aside

Break the eggs in bowl add salt per taste and beat to make a uniform mix. Add a tsp of milk and mix well. Pour the egg mix on a warm pan and turn it over once done on first side. Spread the cooked Ingredients on the omlette uniformly on one half of the omlette and roll over the other half to make a semi -circle.Cut in 2 quarter's before serving.

As a non veg variant , if you have keema (chicken prefered) left over( 1 cup) , you can stir fry the keema in butter , onion , tomottoes , ginger, green chilli and stuff the same way in the omlette as mentioned above.

Looking Into Future- IT Industry and Nash Equilibrium

This article has to be read in continuation with my earlier article s- IT Industry the Next Diansours Part 1 & 2

The purpose of this article is to move into strategic solutioning after expanding on the current and projected future problems the Indian IT industry is facing and going to face in the previous articles.

--------------
"When you have abundance you attack, when you have less you defend " - Art of War, Sun Tzu
If i Try translate this in to Game Theory Language , It will be we play non cooperative game's when we are in a position of strength , we play cooperative game's when we are in a position of weakness and are ready to share to pie instead of completely loosing it.

Indian companies were playing non cooperative games with each other till now as there was over abundance of available resources and projects. Now with increasing pressure on resources availability and profit margins , will force them to cooperate across companies . In other words there is opportunity for Indian IT industry to move into cooperative Nash equilibrium in which there is sharing of resource pools across companies to optimize the profits and remain competitive compared to companies from other countries. In other words if company X has project on ERP but no resource but company Y has resources on ERP but no project , then they cooperate , else this will go to a third company in that case both will be looser.

Cooperation becomes more important as due to strengthening dollar, companies from vietnam , china will offer better price differentials to clients compared to india. In this scenario only way to remain competitive is optimise resource within the company and across Industry.

This will require a resource supply chain hub where the partner companies can have visibility on resource visibility across the board and hence can share the resources. The key characteristics of this planner will be 1 ) Visibility of resources across partner companies 2 ) Rating and Ranking mechanism for the resources to drive pricing and quoting 3) Price and Resource optimization capabilities for a given project.

Weekend Musings - The Genius of Pankaj Kapoor & Vishal Bhardwaj

I have been waiting for the Movie the Blue Umbrella for a while and because of two reasons, one it has Pankaj Kapoor in lead role and second it's a Vishal bhardwaj Movie. Now a day's i blindly pick up any product these two work on together or seperately.Quality is Guaranteed!. Before i move on the Vishal, In my personal opinion Pankaj Kapoor is The Finest Character Actor in Indian Movie for last 2-3 decade. There is no parallel to his versatility and ability to get into the skin of the character . I am not sure if he belongs to Method school of acting but his projection of character on screen makes it impossible to believe if he could have done the role without actually living the character in his daily life. in modern times his collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj has created masterpieces like Maqbool and Blue Umbrella which in time to come will stand out as important milestone in hindi film industry.

Coming to vishal bhardwaj , its difficult to categorise his talent in one creative field. My earliest introduction to him was when he was composing most of the Jagjit singh's albums and had a definite role in giving a very modern feel to ghazal singing including introducing guitar. In parallel he collaborated with Gulzar in creating the master pieces songs for "Machis" , "Hu Tu Tu". "Itna Lamba Kash Lo" from Hu Tu Tu , "Pani Pani Re" from "Machis" are landmark songs. He worked with Gulzar in most of the movies in last 2 decades including "Chachi 420". While pursuing his music carrier i guess he wanted to create more challenges for him self and so he moved on the movie making. And after making "Makdee" he moved on to making "Maqbool "and "Omkara" in underworld crime saga genre.Probably these two are most perfect underworld movies made in Hindi along with "Parinda".While Vidhu Vinod Chopra's lost his way after "Parinda" , Vishal just went from strength to strength. His Creative footprint in all his movies was complete and all encompassing , he just not did direct the movie, he wrote the screen play, dialogues and also composed the music for all his . His ability to capture to perfection the local culture , dialect , costume of the place where his movies are based out of ranks him in parallel with Coppola and Sorcesse. Each frame comes out just perfect weather its the Urdu Speaking protagonist "Maqbool" or the hardcore bundelkhandi "Omkara" or the sweet Himachali "Nandu" in Blue Umbrella. "Mian Gulere Khaya Karo Juban Kaboo mein rhete hai" from Maqbool and "Saraat Ghodon per Lagate hain , Seron per nahin " from Omkara will remain in Hindi movie dialect forever, because of the sheer intesity with which they were conveyed and resulting chilling effect these had on the opponents and the audiance . Similar to Gabbar Singh in Sholay and Marlon Brando in Godfather I.

He has complete control over all aspect of movie making and what comes out from him is a complete package. Very few movie director rank close to him, last one of the was Satyajeet Ray. No reason why the rumor is Coppola has picked him to direct a portion of his upcoming movie.

Salute to Vishal Bhardwaj who i am sure will rank along side the best not only in india but across the world in time to come and personally i greatly look forward to his new movies.

Music Review - Blues Ghazal

I am sure many of you must have heard this Album called 'Kaash' by Hariharan. I had this album for last 5-6 years , but never like it became part of my main list of songs i usually listen to . Over the weekend got re-hooked to this album.

Its a path breaking album by Hariharn and it's in new a genre called Blues Ghazal's due to use of Blues Beats and dominant Bass Line in most of the songs. The tempo is faster then traditional Ghazal and poetry is light and simple . The ambiance of the songs is lounge like and feel is very soothing.the songs "Yeh Aine Se " , "Makdaee", "Kaash" standout.

In my opinion a must have album for light Ghazal listeners !
